Q: How long does delivery take?  
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days within India, depending on your location. Shipping delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier constraints.
Q: Do you ship internationally?  
Currently, we deliver across India. International shipping will be available soon, and updates will be shared on our website and social channels.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?  
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, changes are not possible. To request a cancellation, email us at wecare@anvaya.in with your order number.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?  
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the saree is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Customized sarees (fall, edging, blouse stitching) are not eligible. 
Email wecare@anvaya.in with your order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the product. Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.
Q: How long do I have to return a product?  
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Products sent after this period will not be eligible for return.
Q: How are refunds processed?  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?  
We currently accept payments through UPI transfers to sreedevimkd01@oksbi . Our team is working on integrating secure payment gateways to support cards, net banking, and wallets soon.
Q: What if the item I want is out of stock?  
If an item is out of stock, you can choose to be notified when it becomes available again. Subscribe to restock alerts on the product page to get updates.
Q: Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?  
Pre-orders are available for selected collections. The estimated dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page at the time of pre-order.
