Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
•    Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
•    The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
•    Customised sarees (including fall, edging, or blouse stitching) are not eligible for return.
•    Returns due to minor color variations are not accepted, as lighting and screen differences may occur naturally.
2. How to Initiate a Return
•    Email us at wecare@anvaya.in with your order ID, reason for return, and an image of the product in its received condition.
•    Returned products will be reviewed by our quality assurance team before approval.
•    Return pickup is available for selected locations; otherwise, buyers can ship the saree to our store address once approved.
3. Return Conditions
•    The original folds and packaging must be intact.
•    Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
•    Please include the invoice or proof of purchase in the return package.
4. Refund Process
•    Refunds are processed after the product is received and passes inspection.
•    Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
•    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Option
If the same product is unavailable for exchange, a store credit or refund will be issued.
